Passionfruit curd is a delicious carefully blended product. It can be used as a topping in all pastry cooking, as a filling to sponge cakes or spread thickly on fresh buttered bread. Our favourite is spreading it over freshly baked scones. It is also a lovely treat drizzled over ice cream.
Ingredients:
Sugar, pasteurised whole egg, lemon juice (Sulphites), butter (milk), passionfruit (4%), agar.
200g
