50% Milk chocolate filled with cream cheese ganache and almond praline with biscuit pieces A milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content, filled with a crunchy biscuit and an almond praline layer with gingerbread flavour, and a soft cheesecake ganache created with cream cheese, white chocolate, almond praline, yogurt couverture, a dash of lemon and a hint of vanilla. In between the layers, we’ve lightly brushed some blueberry couverture, made with genuine berries that stain everything the deepest blue.
